There are 34 Haritha Karma Sena members working in 17 wards in Kayyur Cheemeni Grama Panchayat. Haritha Karma Sena has been able to perform remarkable activities in the waste management sector of the panchayat. Every month, plastic and other inorganic waste is collected from all households as per the calendar and handed over to the Clean Kerala Company.
